Among them, the number of new cement projects decreased from 23 in 2016 to 20; the number of energy-saving and resource comprehensive utilization transformation projects of the original cement production line increased from 4 in 2016 to 6.

Among the overseas cement projects signed by Chinese enterprises in 2017, the number of projects in Asia increased from 13 to 20, of which Pakistan had the largest number of 8 projects, including 6 new cement projects and 2 energy-saving and comprehensive utilization of resources in the original cement production line.
Chinese enterprises take contracting as the main form of participation.
Of the overseas cement projects signed in 2017, 21 were contracted by Chinese enterprises. Among the projects contracted by Chinese enterprises, EPC general contracting accounts for more than half. In 2017, Chinese enterprises participated in 5 investment projects, which is lower than that in 2016; most of the investors are cement production enterprises, such as Conch Cement , Red Lion Cement , Huaxin Cement , etc. (Note: when both the investor and the contractor are Chinese enterprises, the statistics shall be made according to the investment)
China Building Materials Group participates in nearly 70% of the projects
Of the 53 overseas cement projects signed in 2016-2017, CNBM participated in nearly 70%, and most of the new cement projects were China National Materials Co., Ltd. (Including China National Materials International Engineering, China National Materials Construction, etc.) And China National Building Materials Co., Ltd. (Including China National Materials International Engineering, Beijing Triumph Building Materials, etc.); Sinoma Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. is more involved in the energy-saving and comprehensive utilization of resources transformation projects of the original cement production line.
