The Attock Line III project consists of a complete clinker cement production line with a daily output of 4,000 tons and a 15MW waste heat power station. The contract for the project was signed on December 23, 2015, and the construction started on March 15, 2016. In the process of project construction, Hefei Institute dispatched a capable project team to guide and supervise the owner's civil construction and equipment installation, and adopted the "four-step" quality control procedure of pre-disclosure, process tracking, stage acceptance and final acceptance for the owner's representatives and their construction teams to control the whole process of construction quality, and even participated in or demonstrated in person when encountering complicated processes; In the commissioning stage, the engineers and technicians of Hefei Institute stick to the site day and night, strictly test and accept each equipment, and do not let go of any minor problems in the process. Through careful organization and strict management, the project ignited the kiln on January 9, 2018, and started production at 16:00 on January 22. By 16:00 on the next day, the output of raw mill, coal mill and clinker had reached the contract guarantee index, creating an excellent result of reaching the design capacity within 24 hours of production. At present, the whole system is running stably.
