中国科学院预测科学研究中心预计2018年固定资产投资增长从1季度开始有望呈现止降回稳走势，全年增长约6.4%。
近日，中国科学院预测科学研究中心发布了《2018年中国固定资产投资预测》预测报告。报告称，2017年以来，中国固定资产投资累计增速稳中趋缓，投资结构继续优化。预计2018年固定资产投资增长从1季度开始有望呈现止降回稳走势，全年增长约6.4%，较2017年下降0.7-0.8个百分点，但投资结构将继续改善。
2018年主要投资指标预测如下：（全口径）基础设施投资增长14%-15%，略低于2017年；房地产开发投资增长5.7%左右，较2017年下降2个百分点左右；制造业投资增长在4%左右，大体保持平稳运行；民间投资增长6%左右，略高于2017年；投资到位资金增长5%左右，仍处于历史较低水平。
