1月19日，唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司发布公告称，董事会于2018年1月19日收到公司副董事长、总经理于九洲递交的辞职报告，于九洲因到龄退休，辞去公司第八届董事会董事、副董事长、总经理及公司董事会专业委员会一切职务。
资料显示，于九洲，1958年1月出生，1982年参加工作，美国伊利诺伊大学毕业，工商管理硕士。1982年加入河北省冀东水泥厂，2000年11月至2001年11月在美国伊利诺依大学学习。2002年3月至2005年4月任冀东发展集团有限责任公司副总经理、渤海水泥控股集团有限责任公司规划发展部部长；2005年4月至2016年10月任冀东发展集团有限责任公司董事；2009年10月至2015年6月任陕西秦岭水泥（集团）股份有限公司董事、董事长。2005年5月至今任唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司副董事长、总经理。
