On November 20, Ambassador Bakhtiyol Saidov of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in China and his delegation visited China Building Materials Group. Huang Anzhong, Vice General Manager of the Group, met with Saidov and his delegation, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the situation, development trend and cooperation mode of the building materials industry of the two countries.
Huang Anzhong welcomed Ambassador Saidov and his delegation, and introduced the business development of China National Building Material Group, focusing on the "Six One" plan of the Group in participating in the construction of "the Belt and Road". He said that China and Ukraine, as traditional good neighbors, have a deep foundation for cooperation in many fields. China Building Materials is willing to increase cooperation with the local building materials industry with an open attitude and the principle of mutual benefit to serve the local national construction and the people's livelihood. The cooperation will be carried out from the EPC general contracting project of the cement plant, the training center of building materials talents and the building materials manufacturing industry.
Saidov congratulated China Building Materials Engineering and Beijing Triumph on signing the general contract for the project of Ahangalan Cement Plant in Uzbekistan, and welcomed the active participation of enterprises under China Building Materials Group in the construction of building materials projects in Uzbekistan. He said that as an important country along the ancient Silk Road in China, Uzbekistan has paid attention to economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan since ancient times. At present, Uzbekistan is in a major period of development and vigorously developing infrastructure construction. He expressed his appreciation for the leading position of China Building Materials Group in the industry and encouraged China Building Materials to increase cooperation and investment to achieve localized production of building materials products. Ukraine will provide relevant preferential policies to actively promote China Building Materials Group to introduce advanced technologies such as cement, glass, new housing and intelligent manufacturing into Ukraine.
