日前，宁夏经信委和环保厅联合发布《关于2017-2018年采暖期全区水泥错峰生产的通知》。错峰时间为2017年12月10日至2018年3月20日，通知要求区内所有水泥熟料生产线，包括利用电石渣生产水泥的生产线都应进行错峰生产。

2017年起，停止办理含有32.5等级复合硅酸盐水泥企业的生产许可证手续，全区水泥 (含水泥粉磨站)企业应重点生产42.5及以上等级水泥。其他类型32.5等级水泥产量原则上不得高于本企业同期内水泥产量的30%，直至国家取缔32.5等级水泥标准为止；
