据欧亚经济委员会网站10月11日报道，欧亚经济委员会工业和农工综合体委员西多尔斯基称，2016年，欧亚经济联盟国家水泥过剩产能达6950万吨，水泥产能是市场需求的近2倍。
为解决联盟国家一些建材产品产能过剩问题，欧亚经济委员会将制定这些产品市场供需平衡表，采取措施对生产进行现代化改造，以及降低运输成本等。
