Here comes an old friend! The Story of President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan and Hua Xin

   What is the hottest topic in the public opinion field these days? The BRICS Summit in Xiamen, of course.

   Recently, during the BRICS Summit, President Xi Jinping hosted a dialogue between emerging market countries and developing countries at the Xiamen International Convention Center. President Emomali Rahmon (second right above) of Tajikistan was invited to attend.

   Now, Xiaobian will tell you the story between Huaxin and President Rahmon. For Huaxin, President Rahmon is a very familiar old friend.

   With the strong support of the Tajik government, Huaxin's two overseas companies, which are located in Yawan District of Khatlon State in the south of the country and Sughd State in the north of the country, have developed rapidly!

   On September 14, 2014, the head of state of China and Tajikistan witnessed the formal signing of the investment agreement between President Li Yeqing and Guogili Guoximu, Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Tajikistan, on behalf of Huaxin Cement and the government of Tajikistan.

   Many friends in China may not know that before and after Huaxin formally signed the investment agreement with Tajikistan, President Rahmon visited the site many times and solved many problems for Huaxin.

   On August 4, 2012, President Rahmon inspected the construction process of the Huaxinya Bay Project.

   On August 29, 2013, President Rahmon (in the middle of the third row) and President Li Yeqing took a group photo with the employees of Yawan Company on the day of production.

   On April 3, 2014, President Rahmon and President Li Yeqing attended the foundation laying ceremony of Soghte Factory.

   On March 23, 2016, President Rahmon launched a button to celebrate the launch of Soghd Cement.

   Do you know?

   Huaxin has changed Tajikistan from a cement importer to an exporter, and now Tajikistan's cement has been exported to Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

   In Tajikistan, many important projects use Huaxin cement, which is the trust of Huaxin brand and the affirmation of Huaxin quality.

   Figure 1 shows the first multi-functional supermarket in Tajikistan.

   Figure 2 shows the Duya Railway, a model railway project built by China in Tajikistan, which not only realizes the interconnection of the middle and southern sections of the railway in Tajikistan for the first time, but also becomes the hub of international railway transportation linking China, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Iran.

   Figure 3 shows the most modern and well-equipped hospital in Tajikistan.

   Figure 4 shows large gold smelters put into operation in 2016.

   Figure 1 shows the overpass of Dushanbe District 82, which is the first overpass in Tajikistan and will be opened to traffic in April 2018, greatly improving the local traffic conditions.

   Figure 2 shows the National Sports Center under construction.

   Figure 3 shows the second phase project of Dushanbe Thermal Power Plant, which can effectively solve the shortage of power supply and heat supply in Dushanbe after completion.

   This is the commitment and responsibility of our new Chinese people, both at home and abroad.

   Huaxin has invested 2.5 million US dollars to build modern schools for the local area, set up the "I Love Tajikistan" Huaxin Fund, injected more than 1 million somoni into the fund every year to improve the lives of local residents, and set up three "million public welfare plans" to invest 600000 somoni annually for poverty alleviation, teaching and learning assistance for five years.

   In December 2016, Huaxin Foundation's "Million Student Assistance Action" funded 100 Tajik university students with 2000 somoni each.

   In 2016, Huaxin donated 200,000 Solani worth of audio-visual facilities to Tajikistan Business School in the "Million Teaching Assistants Action".
