A Company (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) for the EPC project of the 2-5,800tpd cement production line of the L 'Amali Line. On August 3, according to the agreement of the quotation letter, the owner remitted money to the company's designated account to show his acceptance of the quotation letter of the project, and the contractual relationship between the two parties was declared to be established, with a contract value of about 280 million US dollars.

   Argentina LOMA NEGRA C. I. A. S. A is a subsidiary of Intercement, a world-renowned cement supplier in Brazil. The project is located in the city of Olavalia, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The scope of the contract is from limestone crushing to cement packaging and delivery, covering engineering design, equipment procurement and supply, civil construction, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, commissioning, personnel training, etc.

   Since the project information was obtained in September 2015, in order to promote the project landing, Sinoma International Chairman Song Shoushun and other leaders have given high attention and strong support in the early stage of the project, and have held talks with senior executives of Intercement Brazil on project cooperation for many times. In the pre-bid clarification, on-site inspection and negotiation stage of the project, Meng Qinglin, Chairman of Sinoma Overseas, and members of the relevant leadership team led the backbone technical team and business team to Argentina for many times to negotiate, and finally successfully signed the contract after several rounds of arduous negotiations. At the same time, the project was strongly supported by the technical team of Sinoma International (Nanjing) during the negotiation process.

   This project is the first cement EPC production line general contracting project successfully signed by Sinoma Overseas and Sinoma International in South America, and is also the first single project with the largest contract amount of the Group in South America. At the same time, Sinoma Overseas has earnestly implemented the relevant regulations of the Group and Sinoma International on international market management, worked intensively within the scope of responsibility in accordance with the market "responsibility system", focused on exclusive responsibility customers, developed the market and achieved fruitful results.

   The successful signing of this project marks the official entry of Sinoma Overseas into the South American cement engineering market. At the same time, this project is also the second cooperation between the company and the owner after the successful implementation of the TUPI project in Paraguay.
