公告显示，期内业绩增长主要由于金隅冀东重组后，京津冀地区水泥市场秩序持续改善，水泥和熟料价格趋于理性，2017年上半年水泥和熟料单价较去年同期大幅增长，水泥板块利润同比大幅增加。
此外，报告期内，公司水泥和熟料综合销量约4193万吨，较去年同期2033万吨增加106.25%;混凝土销量约624万立方米，较去年同期566万立方米增加10.18%;房地产结转面积约37.6万平米，较去年同期72.8万平米减少48.38%。
