Recently, the Kazakhstan Standard Cement Second Line Project contracted by Tianjin Institute was awarded the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) by the owner, marking the successful completion of the implementation of the project.
This project is the (EP + installation) production line project of the second line of Kazakhstan standard cement undertaken by Tianjin Institute, with a total construction period of 26 months. Since the commencement of the project, the project department has attached great importance to the communication, coordination and active cooperation with the owner, subcontractors and civil subcontractors. The project started on November 8, 2013, and was successfully ignited on August 21, 2015. On August 26, qualified clinker was produced. On September 26, the performance assessment of clinker line was completed, which took only 22 months, 4 months ahead of the contract period. Despite the impact of the owner's civil construction progress, the cement line also produced qualified cement on December 31, 2015, and completed the performance assessment on January 13, 2016, all within 26 months of the contract period. It obtained the PAC certificate of clinker line on November 15, 2015 and the PAC certificate of cement line on February 20, 2016.
