With a total investment of 200 million yuan, the project of cement grinding station with an annual output of 1 million tons and slag powder production line with an annual output of 600000 tons has settled in Kezuozhong Banner, Tongliao City. The project is invested by Inner Mongolia Hongji Cement Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It is located in Aobao Sumu, covering an area of 200 mu. It adopts advanced and mature combined grinding production technology with roller press and is constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project mainly constructs the cement grinding station system with an annual output of 1 million tons, including cement batching, cement grinding, cement storage, cement packaging and shipping system, raw material stacking shed, administrative office auxiliary workshop and laboratory; the second phase of the project mainly constructs the slag powder system with an annual output of 600,000 tons, including batching and slag grinding systems.
The project is scheduled to start construction before July 2017 and be completed and put into operation by the end of 2018. After the project is put into production, the annual sales income will be 430 million yuan, the profits and taxes will be 38.79 million yuan, and 210 people will be employed. It can not only meet the supply demand of the cement market in the surrounding areas, but also make full use of industrial wastes such as waste slag and fly ash to purify the environment and achieve "win-win" economic and ecological benefits.
