越《投资在线》11月10日报道，越南FPTS证券公司在一份有关水泥行业最新报告中分析：2020－2030阶段，越南水泥行业新项目将受到限制，且规模将比前一阶段更集中。
FPTS公司认为，根据《至2030年越南水泥规划》，2020－2030阶段，水泥行业将只有17个新项目投入运营。因此可以肯定，行业准入门槛对资金、批准手续和生产规模等方面的要求将更加严苛，且要增加高成本的高技术辅助投资，以限制新对手加入，并稳定越南水泥行业供求。
2010－2019阶段，水泥行业产能与需求相比呈过剩趋势，企业间竞争压力加大。这一阶段，总体来讲，水泥需求受政府直接和间接的调节政策影响很大。
至2019年，越南水泥企业总产能达1.03亿吨/年，销量为9800万吨，为全年产能的95%。国内水泥销售达6800万吨，占总销售量的68%，出口3100万吨，占总销售量的32%。
