诚如之前公告所披露，建议及计划须待条件获达成或获豁免后，方可作实。其中一项条件是，台湾经济部投审会批准台泥于中国进行其他投资。
根据投审会于2017年6月27日发布的新闻稿，其已于当日举行的委员会会议上批准台泥于中国进行其他投资，要约人尚未收到投审会的正式批准函。
于公告日期，要约人及公司仍在落实将予载入计划文件的资料，预期计划文件将于2017年8月31日或之前寄发予股东。
