东北局部地区出现降雪天气，黑吉市场需求下滑相对较为明显，各地报价平稳为主。辽宁本地需求呈现下滑，下游采购企业资金压力较大，价格难有上涨空间。目前沈阳地区C30非泵送价格在280元/方左右。整体来看东北市场已入淡季，剩余有效施工期不足半个月。
