Enterprises affiliated to CNBM Group actively implement the Group's business strategy, strive to improve market competitiveness, gather internal superior resources in overseas engineering projects, and jointly develop the international market. In April, Nanjing Kaisheng and China Building Material International Equipment signed a cooperation agreement on joint bidding for Turkey YALIM Group's 7500 tons per day clinker cement production line, and set up a joint working group. In line with the principle of "seeking common development, strong cooperation, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win", the two sides make full use of the technical advantages of Nanjing Kaisheng's industrial design and construction management, give full play to the overseas marketing capabilit y of China Building Material International Equipment and the business advantages of financing negotiation, jointly develop and operate, after many rounds of negotiations. Finally, all technical and commercial negotiations were completed and the signing ceremony was held on June 15. Feng Jianhua, general manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, and Zhang Liao, general manager of China Building Material International Equipment, signed the project cooperation agreement.

The cement plant is the first large-scale industrial investment project of the group.
