Huaxin Cambodia Zhuo Redding Cement Company is a cement production enterprise transformed by China Huaxin Cement Company with an investment of US $100 million. Its predecessor was the Zhuo Redding Cement Plant built by Liu Shaoqi, then President of China, during his visit to Cambodia in the 1960s. In

the last century, the production of Zhuo Redding Cement Plant was interrupted for more than 20 years. Huaxin Cement began to invest in reconstruction in 2012, and the plant regained its new life.   

Zhuo Redding Cement Company is one of the earliest domestic companies that witnessed the development of traditional friendship between China and Cambodia.
