经自治区水泥协会专家现场对赤峰市克什克腾红山水泥有限公司（以下简称“红山水泥公司”）熟料生产线进行测量并按照插值法计算，回转窑实际窑径为3.4米。按照《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》（国发〔2013〕41号）和《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法》（工信部原〔2017〕337号）要求，现将2020年1月15日内工信原工字〔2020〕7号文件公告的红山水泥公司熟料生产线产能由1350t/d调整为1333.33t/d，并予以公告。
3月1日，云南省发改委印发《云南省2023年度省级重大项目清单》和《云南省2023年度“重中之重”项目清单》，产业类包含了弥勒红狮水泥有限公司4628t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线（带9MW纯低温余热发电）项目、华润水泥（鹤庆）有限公司日产4000吨熟料项目。
