Lifting of the first column of kiln tail frame
At 8:18 a.m. on March 20 (Laos time), firecrackers and fireworks were set off at the construction site of the 5,000-ton cement project of Vientiane Red Lion (hereinafter referred to as Vientiane Red Lion). Under the command of the installation personnel, the first column of the kiln preheater frame was steadily hoisted to the concrete platform, marking the formal start of the installation project and the project entered the stage of equipment installation.

Vientiane Red Lion Cement Project is an important project for Red Lion Group to participate in China's "the Belt and Road", and the main project started construction on November 8, 2016. With the strong support of the governments of China, Laos and Vientiane Province, through the joint efforts of more than 700 builders, the civil construction has entered the peak period of construction, the civil construction of the kiln and the kiln tail has been handed over and installed, the track beam of the limestone yard has been poured, the slip-form of the raw material homogenization warehouse has been started on March 20, the office building, the central control building, the dormitory building and the canteen have been completed, and the main road in the factory has been connected. The access road is constructed to the 320 platform. With the hoisting of the kiln tail frame, the installation of equipment has entered a peak period, and the whole project construction site presents a thriving and busy scene.
Vientiane Red Lion is located in Xinhe County, Vientiane Province, covering an area of about 4000 mu (including about 1000 mu of factory area and 3000 mu of mine), with a total investment of 300 million US dollars, to build a new dry cement production line with a daily output of 5000 tons, adopting the world-class new dry process technology, and in accordance with the high standards of intelligent manufacturing and clean production. Cement is manufactured in a "low-carbon, safe and environmentally friendly" way. The annual output of high-grade cement of the project is 2 million tons, striving for trial production and sales of cement in November 2017 to meet the demand for high-quality cement in large-scale infrastructure construction in Laos, including the China-Laos Railway, and to improve the overall level of the cement industry in Laos.
