Conch Cambodia Battambang Project has made breakthroughs in forensics and engineering construction

   This scene has been made by the end of the world, and everything in the world is hard. In February 2017, Battambang Conch officially obtained the Limestone Mining License issued by the Ministry of Mineral Resources of Cambodia. So far, all the key warrant approvals in the early stage of the project of Battambang Conch Company have been obtained, and the company is making every effort to promote the target of ignition and production on December 28.

   Since the establishment of Battambang Conch Project, the company has communicated and coordinated with various parties to actively promote the project approval and construction, and has invited relevant personnel from the Ministry of Mining and Energy of Cambodia, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Governor of Battambang Province to attend the investigation and evaluation. Through the efforts of all employees of the company, It has successively obtained the business license and approval document of the joint venture company issued by the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia, the right certificate of exploration and mining of limestone mine, the tax registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance, the right certificate and approval document of sandstone mining issued by the Ministry of Minerals and Energy, the approval document of tax exemption list of imported equipment and materials, and the project investment permit issued by the Cambodian Development Council. 95 hectares of land certificate and land lease approval, mine environmental assessment approval, main plant environmental assessment approval, etc. The acquisition of these approval certificates has cleared the way for the construction of Battambang Conch Project.

   On April 22, 2015, the Company obtained the joint venture business license and approval document issued by the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia, and was officially named as "BATTAMBANG CONCH CEMENT CO." (Battambang Conch Cement Co., Ltd.).

   On April 19, 2016, it obtained the project investment permit issued by the Cambodian Development Council.

   On July 4, 2016, the land certificate of 95 hectares in the main factory area was obtained.

   On December 30, 2016, the approval for environmental impact assessment of the plant area issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection was obtained.

   Centering on the overseas development strategy of the Group, under the correct leadership of the Group and the joint-stock company, under the guidance and assistance of the overseas business department, the engineering department, the complete set of equipment department, the financial department and other professional departments, as well as the strong support and cooperation of the partners, the construction of the Battambang project has been rapidly promoted. The main project was officially started on October 28, 2016. At present, the civil engineering has entered the peak period of construction, the preheater has completed the installation of the third floor column and ring beam, the equipment installation is about to enter the peak period, the mine transportation road and the crusher foundation platform are being developed as planned, the two dormitory buildings in the front area of the plant have been put into use, and the staff canteen will be put into use by the end of March. The company has more than 140 employees, and the whole construction site of the Battambang project presents a thriving and busy scene.

The civil works on site are in full swing.

Organize personnel to afforest the front area of the plant

   The 115kV external power supply line construction project, which restricted the development of the company in the early stage, has made breakthroughs with the support of the Overseas Business Department, the Complete Equipment Department, the Finance Department and other relevant departments. At present, the construction of the external power supply line project has started the preliminary work of land acquisition and mine clearance of the line tower. The construction unit has prepared materials for the steel structure and ACSR used in the construction of the line tower, and part of the line tower foundation has been excavated. After further improving the content of the power supply agreement with Cambodia Electric Power Company, the main construction of the line will be carried out in an all-round way.

   Battambang Conch Project adopts 115kV external power supply, which has the advantages of small one-time investment, short construction period and high degree of control over operation and management compared with self-built thermal power plants. With the vigorous promotion of domestic power development and power grid construction by the Cambodian government in recent years, the operation cost in the later period will be further reduced. At the same time, it is also the first time for overseas projects to adopt 115kV external power supply line projects.
