山水水泥发布公告，就有关于香港特别行政区高等法院原讼法庭对该公司提出的呈请(HCMP 1268/2017)，于2017年9月6日，该公司接获一份在开曼群岛大法院提交的传讯令状，其中亚洲水泥股份有限公司(及其11家全资附属公司)已表达代表该公司提起衍生诉讼。
