前述新签合同总额具体构成如下：新签国内工程合同额人民币1430.37亿元，约占新签合同总额的66.97%，比上年同期增长27.62%；新签国际工程合同额折合人民币705.62亿元，约占新签合同总额的33.03%，比上年同期增长1.51%；新签国内外水电工程合同额人民币340.41亿元，约占新签合同总额的15.94%。
