福建水泥1月17日晚间发布2016年年度业绩预盈公告，经财务部门初步测算，预计2016年年度经营业绩与上年同期相比，将实现扭亏为盈，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为1200万元到1600万元。上年同期归属于上市公司股东的净利润：-39,042.65万元。
公司表示业绩预盈的主要原因为：出售兴业银行股票1,951.2万股，实现所得税前投资收益约24,767万元；毛利率提升及期间费用降低，公司主营同比大幅减亏；拟计提的资产减值准备金额同比减少较大。
