2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日，公司水泥和熟料综合销量约5535万吨，较2015年同期3926 万吨增加41%;混凝土销量约1350万立方米，较2015年同期1134万立方米增加19%;房地产结转面积约113万平米，较去年同期126万平米减少10.3%。
公司以现金认购冀东集团新增注册资本，以现金收购中泰信托持有的冀东集团10%的股权事宜已实施完毕，公司控股冀东集团并间接控股唐山冀东水泥（000401）。公司编制合并财务报表时，冀东集团作为非同一控制下的企业合并取得的子公司，其经营成果纳入公司合并财务报表的基准日为2016 年9月30日，公司业绩预告数据包含冀东集团2016年10-12月的经营情况。
