记者25日从陕西省环保厅获悉，为合理缩短水泥装置运转时间，并降低雾霾发生几率，自今年12月1日起，陕西采暖地区部分水泥生产企业将开展错峰生产。
陕西省工信厅和环保厅近日联合下发的通知要求，错峰生产的范围是陕西省内所有采暖地区的水泥熟料生产企业，但承担居民供暖、系统处置城市垃圾及有毒有害废弃物等任务的熟料生产线可以不进行错峰生产。具体安排为：西安、咸阳、宝鸡、渭南、铜川、榆林六市26户企业、39条熟料生产线，自2016年12月1日至2017年3月10日开展错峰生产，停止水泥熟料生产时间不少于90天。
为减轻夏季污染负荷，陕西省同时要求，上述范围的企业在2017年5月20日至2017年6月20日停止水泥熟料生产时间不少于30天。在错峰生产周期内，各地工信主管部门和环保部门将加强沟通联络，协同做好错峰生产的督导和检查。
