华东市场上周需求整体向好运行，价格降势放缓，局部出现回涨。

1月初全国水泥价格指数（CEMPI）为181.42点，月末报收170.18点，环比下跌7.68%，同比涨幅缩窄至12.76%。

上周起国内春运启动，一些工程及搅拌站陆续开始停工放假，工人进入返乡期，开工率继续下降。虽也有局部地区疫情影响，鼓励原地过年，但对需求影响不大，全国水泥平均发运率降至五成以内。
