冀东水泥10日晚间公告，根据公司新的战略发展需要，公司拟通过产权交易所公开转让唐山海螺型材有限责任公司40%股权，股权评估值为19582万元。
唐山海螺型材是公司控股60%的子公司，注册资本为1.6亿，主要经营塑料型材、门窗、五金配件制造、销售；新型建材产品的开发。截至2016年6月30日，公司持有唐山海螺型材股权的账面值为1.65 亿元。
唐山海螺型材截至2016年6月30日总资产4.58 亿，净资产4.11亿，2016年 1-6月营业收入3.04亿，净利润0.14亿。截至2015年12月31日，总资产4.39亿，净资产3.98亿，2015年度营业收入9.32亿，净利润0.30亿。
2016年冀东水泥通过出售资产和子公司股份获得约14亿元资金，扣除成本后归入净利润当中。随着水泥市场的波动，冀东水泥自2014年开始亏损，负债率逐步提升，其中短期借款也在增加，截至2016年底达到117.6亿元。
