Okpella日产6000吨熟料水泥生产线项目位於尼日利亚埃多州科米尼奥。合同范围包括一条日产 6000 吨熟料的水泥生产线从石灰石矿山破碎到水泥包装发运的全过程，涵盖工程设计、设备采购与供货、土建施工、机电设备安装、调试、人员培训等。合同生效后27个月生产出水泥，30个月完成性能测试。
Onne年产150万吨矿渣粉磨站项目位於尼日利亚哈克特港的 Onne 港口。合同范围从矿渣、石膏卸船开始，到矿渣水泥包装发运为止，涵盖工程设计、设备采购与供货、原有厂房拆除工程、土建施工、机电设备安装、调试、人员培训等。合同约定，合同生效后 18 个月生产出矿渣水泥，20个月完成性能测试。
