According to the "Replacement Plan for Peak Staggered Production Capacity of Carbide Slag and Traditional Cement Clinker Enterprises" published by the Inner Mongolia Office of Industry and Information Technology, Inner Mongolia Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. and other four traditional cement clinker enterprises respectively cooperate with Inner Mongolia Yili Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Junzheng Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Ordos Electric Power Metallurgy Co., Ltd. in Wuhai and surrounding areas. Five carbide slag clinker enterprises, such as Western Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., have signed capacity replacement agreements, worked out capacity replacement plans for peak staggering production, and issued a commitment letter for capacity replacement for peak staggering production.
