On June 4, the rotary kiln of Malaysia HUME second-line project contracted by Tianjin Institute was successfully ignited. This is another achievement of Tianjin Institute's active implementation of the "going out" development strategy, which will further consolidate and enhance the visibility and influence of Tianjin Institute in the cement industry in Malaysia.

Malaysia HUME Phase II (5000t/d) Cement Production Line Project is located near GOPENG Town in the suburb of Ipoh, Malaysia. The project scope covers the complete production line from raw material crushing to finished cement packaging and delivery. The owner of the project, Malaysia HUME CEMENT SDN. BHD, is a subsidiary of Hong Leong Group, which first set foot in the cement production industry with the first clinker cement production line with a daily output of 5000 tons , which was contracted by Tianjin Institute as the EPC general contractor in 2010.
The contract of the second-line project was signed on October 17, 2014, the contract was started on November 5, 2014, the project site was started on December 15, 2014, the construction of packaging system and cement silo was completed in 14 months, the CPC assessment of cement grinding system was completed in 18 months, and the trial production was started; The overall construction of the project and the ignition of the production line were completed in 19 months, three months ahead of the contract period, and the construction speed was among the best in Malaysia and the company's overseas cement production lines of the same scale. All the main machines of the production line adopt the advanced technical equipment of the equipment group, which will ensure that the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the project reaches the international advanced level and improve the social and economic benefits of the factory. Since the start of the project, zero accidents in production safety have been achieved.
At the ignition ceremony, Song Shoushun and Ke Tianqiu first delivered speeches on behalf of the general contractor and the owner respectively, reviewed the course and achievements of the project construction, thanked all the people involved in the project construction for their hard work, and congratulated the project on its achievements. Subsequently, the guests attending the ceremony jointly activated the ignition button, and the flaming flame sprayed into the rotary kiln, and the ignition was successful once.
