集团预计第二季起随着政府一系列“去产能”政策的落地实施，重点工程开工增多带来的需求利好，水泥市场价格将步入上扬通道。集团将继续朝既定方向前进，努力再降低成本，延伸产业链，加大出口外销，实施人才培养及提升内控管理，继续实现全产全销。集团上半年水泥产品合共销售目标为1，500万吨，较2015年同期之1，302万吨增加198万吨，成长约为15%。总之，集团管理层将付出最大努力，力争改善盈利。
