黄灿文先生的任职期从本次董事会批准之日起至 2017 年 6 月 22 日止。

黄灿文：男，1970 年出生，中国国籍。西南财经大学会计本科，重庆大学工商硕士（在读）。先后担任四川化工机械厂会计，成都宝洁公司会计，都江堰拉法基水泥有限公司财务主管，重庆拉法基水泥有限公司财务经理，拉法基瑞安水泥有限公司重庆分公司财务副总监，现任四川双马水泥股份有限公司财务总监。
