近期冀东集团控股上市公司冀东装备和冀东水泥相继发布了2015年度业绩预亏公告。鉴于冀东水泥除水泥及装备业务外的其他业务对其盈利能力和偿债能力的影响程度尚待进一步评估，同时考虑到水泥行业产能依然严重过剩，鹏元决定将冀东集团主体长期信用等级AA+和“12冀东发展债”信用等级AA+列入评级观察名单。
鹏元征信有限公司日前发布公告，将冀东发展集团有限责任公司主体长期信用等级和“12冀东发展债”信用等级列入信用评级观察名单。
鹏元指出，近期冀东集团控股上市公司冀东装备和冀东水泥相继发布了2015年度业绩预亏公告。经向冀东集团了解到：一方面，水泥行业产能过剩及房地产等下游行业需求低迷等因素导致水泥市场供需矛盾不断扩大，冀东集团水泥销量大幅下降及盈利能力降低；另一方面，水泥装备产品市场低迷导致冀东集团水泥装备业务收入减少及毛利率下滑；此外，冀东集团混凝土板块和房地产板块收入及利润也受到不同程度的不利影响。
