*ST秦岭同时称，在撤销退市风险警示后，公司股票简称中暂含有“水泥”。公司于2015年度实施了重大资产重组，将原有全部资产（负债）出售给了冀东水泥，公司的主要业务由水泥的生产与销售变更为废弃电器电子产品的回收与处理。公司董事会已审议通过公司更名事项，名称拟变更为“中再资源环境股份有限公司”，并将召开股东大会审议。
