天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司、中材装备集团有限公司的《水泥单位产品能源消耗限额国家标准及测试技术规程标准》获得科技公益类一等奖。
山东工业陶瓷研究设计院有限公司的《高温气体净化用SiC基陶瓷膜材料及过滤器》获得科技进步类二等奖；北京玻璃钢研究设计院有限公司、南京玻璃纤维研究设计院有限公司的《新型纤维增强复合材料关键技术标准研制》获得科技公益类二等奖。
