四川双马同时表示，市场竞争加剧、水泥价格下降，加之公司本部对生产线技术改造，对不再适用的备件等计提减值准备和对需替换的固定资产进行处置，是造成公司盈利状况下降且归属于上市公司股东的净利润出现亏损的主要原因。公告也指出，在激烈的市场竞争中，公司管理层进一步加强了成本管控，大幅降低了生产成本以降低损失来确保广大股东的利益。
