12月，西南地区各省水泥价格有涨有跌，其中重庆、贵州分别上涨1.37%和0.26%，而云南、四川则分别下跌1.2%和0.46%，截止31日，贵州水泥价格垫底西南西南地区，云川价格略高。受雨水影响，12月西南整体需求缓慢下滑，川西、云南北部及贵州西南部需求下滑更为明显。下一阶段，预计需求进一步萎缩，水泥价格下行风险加大。
