Pakistan's cement industry is growing rapidly, while showing cold outside and hot inside.

   According to Pakistan's Business Record, from July to November 2015, the overall domestic and foreign sales of Pakistan's cement industry increased by 5.5% year-on-year, of which domestic sales increased significantly to 12.2 million tons, up 15.64% year-on-year, while exports fell from 3.45 million tons in the same period last year to 2.56 million tons, down 25.73%.

      The cement industry in Pakistan is characterized by cold outside and hot inside. On the one hand, it reflects the rapid growth and great potential of infrastructure areas such as real estate and transportation in Pakistan. On the other hand, it also reflects the decline of export competitiveness in Pakistan. In November, the overall sales volume of the cement industry in Pakistan increased by 11.49% year-on-year, of which the domestic market sales volume increased by 20% to 2.84 million tons, and the export volume decreased by 19% to 530,000 tons.
