国家信息中心宏观经济形势课题组12月7日发表文章称，总体来看，我国经济将呈现出小幅缓降态势，初步预计，2016年我国GDP将增长6.5%以上，CPI将上涨1.5%左右。预计2016年CPI将上涨1.5%左右，PPI将下跌3.5%左右。
国家信息中心宏观经济形势课题组12月7日发表文章称，总体来看，我国经济将呈现出小幅缓降态势，初步预计，2016年我国GDP将增长6.5%以上，CPI将上涨1.5%左右。预计2016年CPI将上涨1.5%左右，PPI将下跌3.5%左右。
文章表示，化解当前经济运行中存在的各种矛盾和问题，有两个思路。一是以转变经济发展方式为主线，加快经济结构调整；另一个思路是继续坚持“稳中求进”的工作主基调，注重“稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险”的平衡，采取相机抉择的经济政策，出现什么问题就解决什么问题。
文章强调，我国经济发展仍有潜力、余地和韧性，只要加快结构调整，仍能保持中高速增长。经过30年多年的发展，我国物质技术基础日益增强，产业体系完整，国民储蓄率即便逐年小幅回落，但仍显著高于世界上大多数国家水平，人力资本和科技创新对经济增长的贡献逐步提高，具有资金、劳动、科技等生产要素组合的综合优势。国内市场规模巨大，扩大内需有潜力。
