On the morning of October 15, witnessed by Peng Shou, Vice President of China Building Materials Corporation, General Manager of Kaisheng Science and Technology Group, Chairman and President of China Building Materials International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Hasan Yalcinkaya, President of Azerbaijan NORM Group, and Ma Mingliang, Vice President of China National Building Material Engineering Group and General Manager of Beijing Triumph Building Material Engineering Co., Ltd., signed the project PAC certificate of NORM Cement Plant at the headquarters of China National Building Material Group, indicating that the project has met the contract requirements and the owner has agreed to accept it.
Azerbaijan NORM Cement Plant is a 5000t/d project designed, supplied and commissioned by Beijing Triumph and contracted by China Building Materials International. It is the largest cement plant in the entire Caucasus region and the largest and most modernized cement plant in Azerbaijan. At present, its cement sales volume ranks first in Azerbaijan.

Peng Shou welcomed NORM's visit and thanked NORM for its strong support to China Building Materials International Engineering during the whole process of the project. Both parties cooperated closely and worked together to overcome various difficulties and finally successfully completed the project. Peng Shou hopes to take advantage of the spring breeze of the Belt and Road policy to carry out more cooperation with NORM in Azerbaijan and other regions.
On behalf of NORM, Mr. Hasan thanked the CNBM International Engineering Team for its dedication to the project. During the implementation of the project, CNBM International Engineering fully demonstrated its service spirit, technical advantages and project operation capabilities to NORM, and delivered a cement plant with high standards, in line with the contract requirements and satisfactory to the owner to NORM. Hasan looks forward to cooperating with China Building Materials International Engineering in more projects.
Osman Nemli, Director of NORM Cement Plant, Ren Yongming, Director of Cement Business Department of China Building Material International Engineering, Shan Xu and Yue Tao, Vice Directors of Cement Business Department of China Building Material International Engineering, Wei Wenrong, Vice General Manager of Beijing Triumph, and Chi Fachun, Vice Chief Engineer of Beijing Triumph, were present at the meeting.
