Shangfeng Cement announced on September 29 that it was approved by the 27th meeting of the company's seventh board of directors held on September 28, 2015. The Company and Shaanxi Sinoma Equipment Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. intend to become shareholders of the Project Company by acquiring the equity of Rusidi Company located in Khatlon Oblast of the Republic of Tajikistan held by Saduloyev Mukhamadshariv Amiluroyevich, a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, or by increasing the capital of the Project Company. To be responsible for the development, construction and operation of a clinker cement production line with a daily output of 3200 tons and a supporting cement grinding line project in Kurganchube, Tajikistan.
