财新智库首席经济学家何帆博士评论本次数据表示：8月财新制造业PMI 的预览值低于上月水平，反映出当前经济依然处于筑底阶段。但是，从整体来看，系统性风险仍在可控范围之内，经济结构持续优化。稳增长压力依然较大，为实现全年增长目标，政府应以财政政策和货币政策的微调确保宏观稳定，同时加快结构改革，引领市场信心，释放经济增长的长期活力.
