在承德金隅水泥公司2015年二次职代会上，公司提出了“诚信立业，名牌兴企，持续改进，以优出强”的质量方针，强调从细节着手，对标管理，不断提高企业综合管控水平，不断提高产品质量和设备运转率，确保生产高效、高质、连续、稳定进行；加强对产、供、销的管理，狠抓成本管控，进一步完善生产经营预算管理和成本考核管理；不断夯实物料采购、生产及检修、仓储物流等基础管理工作，细化考核指标，控降费用支出，全方位降低生产成本。
承德金隅水泥公司坚持发挥销售龙头作用，积极与经贸公司协调配合，通过提高服务水平、借助“金隅”品牌优势加大水泥出库量；通过与兄弟单位协同合作提升市场竞争力；通过创新思维，开展全员销售模式等多种措施，保证区域市场份额，保证水泥出库量的与日俱增。
