广东塔牌集团股份于6月23日发布公告称，公司董事会于2015 年6月19日收到公司副总经理李斌先生的书面辞职报告，李斌先生因工作原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务。李斌先生的辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常进行。根据《公司法》、《公司章程》及有关法律法规的规定，李斌先生的辞职报告自送达公司董事会时生效。李斌先生辞去副总经理职务后，将继续于公司任职其他非董监高职务。
