Brazil plans to invest 57 billion euros in infrastructure construction in the next three years.

   It is reported that Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff (Dilma Rousseff) released a draft on the 9th, involving road, railway, port and airport construction projects. The plan aims to promote infrastructure construction in Brazil and boost the national economy. From 2015 to 2018, the investment amount was about 198.4 billion reals (56.8 billion euros).

   In the plan, in the field of highway construction, the Pakistani government announced 11 construction projects with a total length of about 4371 kilometers. In the field of civil aviation, the Brazilian government intends to take advantage of Porto Alegre, an important port on the Atlantic coast in southern Brazil, FORTALEZA, an important port in northeastern Brazil, and Salvador, a major port in Brazil. Seven airports, including the port of Florianopolis, are bidding for concessions. The share of the Brazilian Airport Authority (Infraero) will be reduced to 15%, with an investment of about 8.5 billion reals.

   In addition to the projects that have been opened, the new investment is about 31.2 billion reals. In the field of railway construction, the Brazilian government has incorporated the relevant railway lines in Brazil into the government's investment plan, with a total investment of 86.4 billion reals.

   The Brazilian government estimates that the investment in the road sector will be about 66.1 billion reals, the investment in the railway transport sector will be about 86.4 billion reals, and the investment in ports and airports will be 37.4 billion reals and 8.5 billion reals respectively.

   The tender for the airport concession should begin in the first quarter of 2016. In addition, 29 private port terminals have been opened in Brasilia.

   It is worth mentioning that the Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES) will continue to play its "important" role in infrastructure financing, the Brazilian government said, especially in the field of railway transport, the Brazilian National Development Bank can finance up to 90%.

   In the area of road works, loans can be up to 40% through subsidies from the BNDES itself, provided that their budget is at least 10% of the insured by issuing infrastructure bonds.
