At present, the total cement production capacity of Pakistan is about 45 million tons. With the development of the domestic market, the export proportion of Pakistan cement has been declining in recent years, and domestic sales occupy an absolute proportion. The sales volume of 2013-14 fiscal year is a record 34.28 million tons (including 8.14 million tons of exports), and this fiscal year is expected to reach a new high of 36 million tons. In order to further promote the development of domestic cement industry, relevant experts suggested that the Pakistani government should include cement in the negative list or impose anti-dumping duties on imported cement from Iran.
