近日，冀东水泥凤翔有限公司4500t/d新型干法熟料水泥生产线项目通过陕西省环境保护厅环境保护验收。
凤翔公司自筹建以来，受股东方天柱水泥前期选址影响，环保审批相关手续一直进度缓慢。公司领导就此成立了专项工作小组，与省、市、县各级环保部门协调沟通，多次与地方各级人民政府特别是项目所属的凤翔县、田家庄镇、河北村村民委员会等积极协调，终于在2011年达成《冀东水泥凤翔有限责任公司卫生防护距离范围内居民搬迁安置补偿协议》。
2012年7月，随着项目区环保搬迁工作的不断推进，经与陕西省环境保护厅协商，最终同意项目进入试生产阶段。去年12月6日，省环保厅、省环境监察执法局、市县环保部门相关领导及专家对凤翔公司开展了现场核查，并认定凤翔公司符合项目竣工环境保护验收条件。随后，陕西省环境保护厅受理了凤翔公司项目竣工环境保护验收申请，并于今年1月15日至2月8日，先后通过两轮公示最终批复同意凤翔公司项目环境保护验收。
