Ulanhot Hongcheng Cement Dismantles 750,000 Tons of Backward Production Capacity

   On May 12, Ulanhot Hongcheng Cement Co., Ltd. demolished the 750000 tons of backward cement production line in the company. This has played a positive role in completing the task of energy conservation and emission reduction and eliminating backward production capacity in Xing'an League, improving the surrounding environment, enhancing the image of the city, and meeting the strategic requirements of building a beautiful and livable city in Urumqi.

   In February 2012, Hongcheng Cement Company actively responded to the call of relevant government departments on promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and eliminating backward production capacity, invested 120 million yuan and implemented a 1 million tons cement relocation project, which is the largest single-line cement production line in Xing'an League and adjacent areas. Energy consumption, environmental protection, labor safety, clean production, measurement and fire protection all meet the national standards. The project was formally put into operation in September 2014, and has now reached the production standard.
