一季度，全国水泥产量42792万吨，同比下降3.4%，去年同期为增长4%；商品混凝土产量30720万立方米，增长10.5%，增速同比回落4.7个百分点。平板玻璃产量19472万重量箱，下降6.0%，去年同期为增长1.7%。
水泥、平板玻璃价格均下跌。3月份，全国P.O 42.5散装水泥平均价格为293元/吨，比上月下跌4元/吨，同比下跌20元/吨，跌幅分别为1.3%和6.4%。重点建材企业平板玻璃出厂价为56.2元/重量箱，比上月下跌0.3元/重量箱，同比下跌8.2元/重量箱，跌幅分别为0.5%和12.8%。
