从中国水泥网公布的2014中国水泥熟料产能百强榜来看，西南水泥以4070.3万吨熟料年产能居榜首，海螺水泥、星船城分别位居第二、第三位。前7家企业产能合计8351.4万吨，占全省新型干法水泥熟料产能77.32%。
四川2014年新型干法水泥熟料产能增量主要来自巴中市巴中海螺水泥有限责任公司5000t/d生产线和德阳市绵竹白川特种水泥有限公司1000t/d生产线。
